THE BLANK SCREEN
13 February 2020
Occasionally, I think about writing today's entry and nothing come to mind. Eventually something happens, or I see something on TV, or someone says something that sparks an idea and once I sit down to expand on it, it just flows...usually.
Today is not one of those days. The thing I want to talk about, I think I should not until I get permission to mention it, so that leaves me with What I Did Yesterday, which can easily be covered in a sentence or two.
So that leaves me sitting here staring at the blank screen wondering "what do I write today?"
But then I saw this cartoon and decided to share it. It kind of explains what I (and so many others) are depressed about and frustrated about.
And then there is this one, which says it all:
I am sad when I think of what young children in grammar school are learning about their President.
