Welcome to Sunday Stealing. This feature originated and published on WTIT: The Blog. Here we will steal all types of questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent questions. (Past hosts include: Our first - Judd Corizan, Mr. L, Kwizgiver and Bud) Cheers to all of us thieves!

A few questions from "The 5000 questions survey"

1. Have you read anything by C.S. Lewis?
My 11 year old granddaughter started a book club which read most of the Narnia books, which I never read in my younger years.  Can't say I loved them, but I loved the book club discussions.

2. What is your favorite movie with Jack Nicholson?
Not a fan, but I did like As Good As It Gets.

3. What rhymes with 'orange'?
Apparently there is a word "sporange," which is a botanical term for part of a fern.

4. Have you ever swallowed an object by accident?
I was biking in Australia and actually swallowed a fly.  I don't know why I swallowed a fly, but I didn't die.

5. Is your eyesight 20/20?
Only with glasses and only in one eye.  I'm blind without my glasses.

6. Have you ever had insomnia?
Pretty much every night.  Some nights I can't sleep at all, some nights, miraculously I may get as many as 5 hours sleep, but my normal sleep is 3 hours.  But I nap a lot during the day.

7. Does it bother you when people touch you?
Depends on who and where.  Thanks to living with so many Brasilians we all became very "huggy," but unless it's hello or goodbye, I'm not overly fond of being touched by most people.

8. Is it better to get too much or too little sleep?
I would love to find out what it's like to get too much sleep, but see #6.

9. What gets your adrenaline pumping?
Great music...first time I heard the overture to Phantom of the Opera, for example.  That's the good adrenaline pumping thing.  For the bad adrenaline pumping, whatever is the new outrageous thing that #45 has done today will do it.  Thinking about those hundreds of kidnapped children still in prison, for example.

10. Do you ever talk about yourself in the third person?
Good lord, Bev would never talk about herself in the third person.

11. What's your favorite radio station? What kind of music do they play?
Capital Public Radio in Sacramento, which plays classical music.  I listened to the popular radio station when Ned worked there, but since he no longer works there, I don't.

12. Do you believe there is anyplace still undiscovered in all the world?
Of course.  When you  think of, for example, the vastness of the jungle, and other vast places, I'm sure there are undiscovered places, but the more deforestation happens, the greater the chance of finding them.

13. Ever caught a fish?
No.  I've never been fishing.  I'm not sure I could handle catching and killing a living thing, even a fish, though I don't mind eating one after someone else has done it.

14. Were you ever in the first row of a concert?
Not the first row, but we were in the second row of a Jose Carreras concert at Carnegie Hall.

15. Do you have any autographs?
There was a time when I went backstage after shows I saw in San Francisco and got autographs of the stars.  I'm sure I still have some of those programs around here somewhere.  I also had a photo of Judy Garland that she autographed for me when her Carnegie Hall concert came to San Francisco and I met her at her hotel, but I gave it to another Garland fan.  Also, author David Gerrold (The Trouble with Tribbles) is a friend and I had him sit and autograph all of his books for me one night.
