Who IS this Gilbert person anyway?

Welcome to Saturday 9. What we've committed to our readers is that we will post 9 questions every Saturday. Sometimes the post will have a theme, and at other times the questions will be totally unrelated. Those weeks we do "random questions," so-to-speak. We encourage you to visit other participants posts and leave a comment. Because we don't have any rules, it is your choice. We hate rules. We love memes, however, and here is today's meme!
Saturday 9: The Middle (2018)
1) This song is about compromise. When did you recently give in a little and meet someone halfway?
Ever since I developed this "whatever it is,"
I find myself meeting Ned halfway on a lot of things. Sadly, most of
the time he is right.
I apparently spilled something on the kitchen
floor recently and just noticed it today. it will be cleaned soon, but
probably not this weekend.
Bwahaha. Just went to the store, so there is noting left on the list. I had not been to the store since June, so I had a wonderful time shopping again.
4) You may be familiar with this song from Target's TV commercials. Do you often shop at Target?
When I want to shop at a store like that,
Target is my store of choice.
It was a hymn I attempted to sing along with
at the ecumenical Healing Service of Solidarity at the local synagogue after
the Pittsburgh massacre. I used to sing a lot, but in my old age, my
voice has disappeared and I have a vocal range of about 3 notes, and it's
very frustrating to try to sing because I always loved singing.
See previous answer.
We are about 80 miles from the Pacific Ocean,
130 miles from Lake Tahoe and 2-1/2 mles from Lake Stonegate.
I don't go out of my way to watch, but
if it can be seen from our back yard, I try to remember to look.
I have the food tastes of a child.

Apparently someone decided I should approve comments before they appear
