Welcome to Sunday Stealing. This feature originated and published on WTIT: The Blog. Here we will steal all types of questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent questions. (Past hosts include: Our first - Judd Corizan, Mr. L, Kwizgiver and Bud)  Cheers to all of us thieves!

This is from "Today is a Fashion Show and the World is My Runway."

1. Five ways to win your heart
** Chocolate is always a good choice
** Take me out for a meal
** Movies are good
** Share my interest in kids around the world
** In-depth conversations

2. Something you feel strongly about
Right now is there any doubt?  The immigrant children ripped from their parents' arms, particularly the family that has to Skype from their home country with their infant daughter whom they were not able to take back when they were deported.

3. A book you love
"Voyager," the second book in Diana Gabaldon's "Outlander" series.

4. Five pet peeves
** Crawls under programs on TV, which often cover up important things.
** Parking spaces blocked off at Atria
** Robo calls
** The @#%^#$ smoke detector in our house
** I'd say just about anything #45 says, but I think that rises above the level of "peeve"

5. What you ate today.
Breakfast:  pumpkin pie
Lunch: protein bar
Snacks:  Cherries, cookies, potato chips
Birthday party:  spinach dip, cheese and crackers, 2 tacos, birthday cake

6. How important do you think education is?
Depends on what you plan to do in life.  In general, very important, but there are a lot of artistic types, who found a way to success without it.

7. Five people you find attractive.
** Matt Bomer
** Mark Harmon
** Kerry Washington
** Judi Dench
** George Clooney

8. What you wore today.
Same thing as almost every other day -- sweat pants, t-shirt and Birkenstocks

9. Something you always think “what if” about.
What if there were no electoral college and the last election had been decided by the popular vote.

10. Something you’re proud of.
What wonderful adults my children have become.

11. Five items you lust after.
I'm so old and have so much "stuff" that there is nothing I lust after any more.

12. Five words/phrases that make you laugh.
I don't know that any make me laugh, but some make me smile.
** Strawphylactic
** Serendipity
** Kukamonga
** Basingstoke

13. A quote you try to live by.
"Clutter and mess show us that life is being lived...Tidiness makes me think of held breath, of suspended animation... Perfectionism is a mean, frozen form of idealism, while messes are the artist's true friend. What people somehow forgot to mention when we were children was that we need to make messes in order to find out who we are and why we are here."

~Anne Lamott

14. Something you like and dislike about yourself.
I like my sense of humor; I dislike my sense of procrastination.

15. A problem that you have had.
Lately, it's that my body seems to be aging too rapidly.  Tonight I had my second fall in a month, missing a tall step, losing my balance, and falling backwards onto concrete.  I made quite an impressive entrance to the party we were attending.  Most embarrassing thing is that it takes 2-3 people to get me onto my feet again.  I need to buy Ned a new shirt.  His is spotted with my blood.

On their way to Hawaii

I'd love it if you'd leave a comment!

Apparently someone decided I should approve comments before they appear -- it wasn't me! --
so if you don't see your comment, it's because it's awaiting approval.  Sorry 'bout that!
