AROUND THE WORLD WITH A FRIEND

Lesley of Critter Lover is trying to help her niece by hosting her "friend" for a week, taking her everywhere they go and writing a story about what "Friend" has done during that time.

Mary Lou of Life After Nexcom took that as a challenge and decided to print out her own photo of "Friend" and take her around to various places in the Seattle/Whidbey Island area.

Well, I'm a player.  And I have PhotoShop.  I can take Friend all sorts of places without leaving my desk.

She had a great time in Times Square:

Then she had a quick trip to Australia, where Peggy took her to Kalbarri National Park.

and then on to make the acquaintance of some of the local wildlife.

Next it was a hop, skip and a jump to join my friend Linda at the Golden Gate Bridge.

I also thought she might like looking over the town of Boise, Idaho.

She enjoyed spending time with the Blue Man Group in Chicago.

And she was surprised at how big the Liberty Bell was.

Then I brought her back home with me and showed her the California state capitol.

I hope "Friend" enjoyed her quick trip around the world with me.  It was fun having her.
